Services

We provide web development, managed hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, networking, storage and cybersecurity services as agreed in each engagement or order.

Our services are offered exclusively to businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB), not to consumers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful activity, to disrupt our infrastructure, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend services that threaten the security or stability of our platform.

Availability & liability

We target 99.9% uptime, but services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or to liability under mandatory product liability law.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
